System Requirements
As of Aug 17, 2026 · English translation for reference; the Korean version prevails in case of conflict.
1. Minimum Requirements
| Category | Minimum | Recommended |
|---|---|---|
| PC operating system | Windows 10 · macOS 12 | Windows 11 · macOS 13 or later |
| PC browser | Chrome/Edge 111 or later (since March 2023) | Latest version |
| Memory (RAM) | 4GB | 8GB |
| Screen resolution | 1280 × 720 | 1920 × 1080 |
| Android phone | Android 7 or later (Chrome 111 or later) Samsung Internet 22 or later | Latest version of Chrome |
| iPhone / iPad | iOS (iPadOS) 16.4 or later — iPhone 8 and later models | iOS 17 or later |
| Internet speed | 10Mbps | 25Mbps or more (for viewing video) |
The data needed to first open a screen is around 200KB, which is not a burden even on older devices. The browser version matters more than the hardware spec, and browser updates are free.
2. Unsupported Environments
Because the severity differs, we describe two cases separately.
| Environment | Symptom |
|---|---|
| Windows 7 · 8.1 (Chrome stops at 109) | Work still functions. Buttons, input, and saving all work normally; only the screen's appearance — spacing, colors, and the like — is somewhat off. A notice is shown automatically on the login screen. |
| iOS 16.3 or earlier (iPhone 7 and earlier — cannot update) Internet Explorer | The screen does not open. Because iPhones use the single engine Apple mandates no matter which browser you install, installing Chrome gives the same result. In this case a notice reading “This device cannot run the service” and how to resolve it is shown instead. |
On Android, Chrome is updated from the store independently of the operating system, so even on an older device you can usually use the service normally just by updating Chrome to the latest version. However, on Android 6 or earlier (models before 2015) Chrome stops at 106, so — as with Windows 7 in the table above — only the screen's appearance is off while work functions normally. If you use Samsung Internet, version 22 or later is sufficient.
3. Usage Environment by Feature
| Feature | PC | Phone / tablet |
|---|---|---|
| Monitoring work (viewing video, writing reports) | ○ | ○ |
| Campaign learning materials / survey responses | ○ | ○ |
| Excel roster download / bulk registration | ○ | △ file opening limited on some devices |
| Remote support screen sharing | ○ Chrome/Edge | ✕ not supported on mobile browsers |
| Voice guidance (read-aloud) | ○ | ○ uses the device's built-in voice |
Remote support screen sharing is not available on mobile under browser standards. If you use only a phone, we provide support by phone consultation.
4. Data Usage Guide
Monitoring work involves a lot of time viewing video, so it may use mobile data. As a guide by quality, it is about 300MB per hour at 480p and about 700MB per hour at 720p, so we recommend a Wi-Fi environment when working on a phone. The Company does not cover data charges.
5. Accessibility
- All screens are displayed to fit phone size, and you navigate by tapping icons directly.
- Screen read-aloud (voice guidance) is off by default; those who need it turn it on themselves.
- The screen is built so that it does not break up to 200% browser zoom (Ctrl + “+”).
- If anything is inconvenient to use, let us know at the contact below and we will keep improving the screen.
6. How to Update Your Browser
- Chrome — three dots at top right → Help → About Chrome (installs the latest version automatically)
- Edge — three dots at top right → Help and feedback → About Microsoft Edge
- iPhone — Settings → General → Software Update
- Android — search “Chrome” in the Play Store → Update
