Effective Aug 17, 2026 · Version 1.0 · English translation for reference; the Korean version prevails in case of conflict.

DragonEyes Inc. (“the Company”) has as its business purpose the protection of children and adolescents from harmful content online. In accordance with the Youth Protection Act and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Company establishes and implements the following Youth Protection Policy.

1. Protecting Youth from Harmful Information

  • The Company detects and reviews online harmful content and reports confirmed cases to platform operators and relevant authorities.
  • Review is performed by trained adult monitoring agents; AI analysis is used only as an auxiliary aid, and final judgments are made by humans.
  • The Company designs and operates its service with reference to international standards for children's online protection, such as those of NCMEC, the WeProtect Global Alliance, and the IWF.

2. Restrictions on Youth Use of the Service

  • The monitoring-work screens, which directly handle harmful content, are systematically blocked from access by minor accounts.
  • Youth may use only the online-safety campaign features (learning materials, completing surveys, volunteer certification).
  • Children under 14 may register only after obtaining the consent of a legal guardian.

3. Management of Materials for Youth

Learning materials and survey questions provided to students are composed separately for each age group (elementary, middle, and high school) and use no provocative expressions or language that risks imitation. Materials are posted after review by teachers and experts.

4. Support for Affected Youth

If harm is discovered while using the Service, a student may seek help through their homeroom teacher or a school contact, and a guardian may do so through the contact below. The Company supports reporting to relevant authorities depending on the case.

  • School violence / cyber-violence report — 117
  • Youth counseling — 1388
  • Digital Sex Crime Victim Support Center — 02-735-8994
  • Report of illegal/harmful information — Korea Communications Standards Commission 1377

5. Staff Training

Monitoring agents and staff complete job training before deployment and are trained on laws related to the protection of children and adolescents and on their duty to keep confidential the information learned during their work. Support that accounts for the psychological burden of exposure to harmful content is also provided.
